A winning start of the season for Gabriela Zelinka


First race of the season in Italy and first success. This is just the beginning of the race season for Gabriela Zelinka, as a PPR Team’s athlete. The Hungarian long-distance triathlete is also very good in sprint distances. Our athlete was first in the sprint triathlon in Turin with the time of 1’03’27’’, second place for Ilaria Zane in 1’03’49” and third place for another PPR Team’s athlete Dora Fuchs. The Hungarian athlete still a junior finished with the time of 1’05”59. In the men’s race Levente Szatmari (Senior 1) at his first race as a PPR Team athlete finished in 4th place missing the podium for just one second. The Hungarian athlete was capable of an extraordinary running split (16’10”). The race was won by Molinari, second place for De Ponti and third place for Crivellaro. Our athlete Ennio Salerno was 6th in 58’00”, 9th place for Elia Mozzachiodi in 58’48” and 16th position for Enrico Ferlazzo in 1’01”10.
