3rd place for Vanessa Raw at Cannes International Triathlon
This third place is worth gold. Vanessa Raw reaches an impressive third place behind the star Leanda Cave and the Belgian Alexandra Tondeur. The British triathlete that, from this season is racing for the PPR Team, did a massive run split that allowed her to reach the podium thanks to her determination and good physical condition. Vanessa was in the past an Olympic Team’s athlete and in her first race showed a great Team spirit, wearing our new uniform and riding our bike. Reaching such an important podium it is worth all the efforts done for her. Mauro Pera our other athlete was fascinated by the high-quality participants in the international event. He improved his determination and personal approach to the race and, notwithstanding the fact that the head of the race was out of reach (there were many important world triathlon athletes, among them the Olympic Champion and the World Ironman Champion), Mauro did an impressive race and we will see his great improvements very soon. Our athlete finished 14th (2nd Italian athlete) in 4h10’31”.
